through the 13th (Mon - Fri) 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon $65.00 plus $10.00
materials fee. All materials provided! Explore the lives of children of many
cultures through art, music, language, costumes. We’ll visit: China, Japan,
Africa and more! An end of the week art show for family and friends featuring

July 17 10:00 am to 12 noon $45 for non members $40 for
members This seminar covers requirements and procedures to follow to declare
your art as a business. Discussions include applying for a State Tax Number
and how to report earnings plus IRS schedules for small businesses. ”ENHANCING YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS” Instructor:
Shirleah Kelly 2 Wednesdays July 14 and July 21 5:30 to 7:00 pm $35 for nonmembers $30 for GAC members Do you want to improve
your family portraits, vacation and event pictures? This might be the class
for you! Use your own film and camera (digital or disposable) July 14: General
camera care will be discussed. The focus of this class will be instruction
concerning the use of the elements of composition to create a more pleasing
photograph. You will learn about the use of Rule of Thirds, Point-of-View,
Background Considerations, Framing, Leading Lines, Lighting, and more. A
shooting assignment will be given. July 21: The objective of this class will
be to critique your photos based on the elements presented in the previous

please use odorless thinner. Create while interacting with others.. DIRECTIONS TO GREENSBURG ART CENTER From west of Greensburg, take Rt 30 East (Greensburg Bypass) to Pleasant Unity Exit (Rt 130). At light at end of ramp, turn right onto 130, then take immediate left just past the Sunoco station. Go 1 ½ blocks to GAC on the left. From east of Greensburg, take Rt 30 West and after passing Westmoreland Mall, get in the right lane (Business Greensburg). At second light, turn left onto Rt 130 to Sunoco station. Turn left immediately at end of Sunoco. Go 1 ½ blocks to GAC on the left. |
