Nina Whitfield Stahlberg's immersion into the art world began more than 30 years ago at the Greensburg Art Club, as a student of Mary Shaw Mahronic. A part-time artist while she pursued her banking career as Assistant Vice President and Bank Manager at the Greengate office of Dollar Bank, she continued her studies with such nationally well known artists as Daniel Green, Helen Van Wyk, Charles Sovek, T. M. Nicholas,and Kevin MacPherson. Now a full time artist and frequent exhibitor, her works often receive awards.

Nina is presently a member of the advisory board, an open studio monitor, and instructor for the Greensburg Art Club. She has also served in the past as president and treasurer. She is a member of the American Society of Portrait Artists and the Portrait Society of America.

Nina's work may be found in numerous private and corporate collections. Her favorite subjects are portraits of children, pets and adults. She also enjoys landscapes and cityscapes, and best of all the seascapes she paints every summer in Maine.
